Sarah owns a massive apartment that she decided to divide in 2 and rent separately for the short-term. She found someone to manage online conversations and immediately doubled her income. Unluckily this incredible number lasted just for a few months before it slowly decreased review after review.
Reviews are fundamental when it comes to short term rentals. The only way to maintain a high score is to be always available, maintain the apartment at a high standard, and immediately fix every little issue that can occur. The Zandis personally checks every property at every checkout: this process is necessary for excellent rental property management. Moreover, we test the internet, A/C, coffee machines, and every little amenities to be sure the next guest will not experience any unhappy accident. If something happens during the guest stay, we are on call to go there and fix everything so to keep reviews high incomes higher.
I had an amazing stay here and I was really thankful for the hospitality. The apartment was beautiful and the amenities were great. The location of the apartment helped a lot with my endeavors in Tel Aviv. Really am amazing time in this apartment!
Great host, very responsive, sweet and considerate
We just finished a few nights stay here. the place was perfect for our needs, and budget. We were walking distance to the beach, the port, the marina and tons of food options. While a little tricky, we did find good street parking too. we didn't really use the kitchen but one could cook minor things there. Vivi ( the host) was very responsive to questions an not only offered tips, but left us a nice gift as well.
