The Zandi’s mission is to generate and maximize the income for Real Estate Property Owners in Tel Aviv and Israel in the most efficient way.

The Zandis was founded in 2016 and specialized in Short term Property Management.

Diletta Brima and Micol Zanzuri, cousins, and lifetime friends have always had a passion for traveling and aesthetics. While taking a break from their fashion careers, and meeting up on the Biron Bay shores in Australia to surf and think about their future, both decided to leave their previous job.

They moved to Tel Aviv in the summer of 2016 and got started to transform uncommon little apartments into show stoppers.

The Zandis quickly expanded and soon grew to redesign and managing apartments from homeowners from all over the world.

The Zandis has handled more than 12700 guests, with dozens of apartments under management in Tel Aviv and all of Israel.

Diletta Brima

Born in Milano, Italy, Diletta grew up in an Italian Jewish environment where she studied languages. After high school at the Milano Jewish School, she went to Israel and studied at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She continued her studies in Business Administration at the Cattolica University of Milan with an exchange in California at SDSU, with a thesis on Yoox.

After college, she moved to New York City, where she worked as a Fashion Buyer for one of the most esteemed Italian Couture, Max Mara. At Max Mara, she managed a yearly buying budget of 25 million dollars spread into 7 different collections scattered across the US and Canadian markets.

In 2016 she moved to Israel and made Aliyah, becoming an Israeli citizen, where she studied Interior Building and Environment Design at Shenkar College in Tel Aviv while opening and starting up The Zandis, specializing in Airbnb Property Management.

Since the age of 10 years old, Diletta is a passionate horse rider and has won many professional Show Jumping competitions.

On a Sunday, you can probably find her horseriding on the beaches of Tel Aviv while enjoying the stunning sunset.

Micol Zanzuri

Born in Rome, Italy, Micol was raised in a home with Jewish, Italian, Lybian and American influences. At the age of 16, she opened her first Ebay store, where she sold flea market items that she had bought and refurbished. With the profits Micol relocated to Milan to attend the Marangoni Institute of Design.

During her studies, she started Fashion Attack, a YouTube channel that provided funny step-by-step tutorials on how to easily turn rags into riches on a low budget. The channel quickly gained a large number of followers and caught the attention of local media, who invited her to present and speak on radio and TV shows across the country. The channel ultimately nabbed Micol a by-weekly column with Grazia, one of the top five fashion magazines in Italy.

In 2012, Micol opened her second online shop, Styligion, an online marketplace. At the age of 21, Micol moved to Germany to pursue expansion opportunities for the company. Styligion discovered over forty new designers and had thousands of customers from all over the world including popular trend setters and celebrities such as Chiara Ferragni, the Kardashians, and Aimee Song.

At 25, Micol opened The Zandis designing properties around the world and renting them out with the help of a efficient Airbnb Property Management. Micol divides her time between Rome and Tel Aviv, always with her centenary chihuahua in tow. She carries a toolkit in her bag (you never know!) and is known at the local gyms as the tiny girl lifting 2.5x her weight.
