1.1. Members: individuals participating in the Zandi Referral Program
1.2. Client: an individual who has signed a Contract with The Zandis
1.3. Referral Fee: a monetary fee of 1000 ILS
1.4. Real Estate Property Management Contract: a contract signed between The Zandis and a Client in order to provide Real Estate Property Management Services
1.5. Property Management Fee: the fees charged by The Zandis to the Client as part of the services provided within the limits of the Real Estate Property Management Contract
1.6. Qualifying Contract: a Real Estate Property Management Contract that satisfies specific conditions
1.7. The Zandi Referral Program (“The Program”) allows Members to earn a Referral Fee by referring friends to become new Clients of The Zandi.
2. To participate, Members must agree to these terms.
3.1. Members can earn a Referral Fee if: (i) a referred friend becomes a Client of The Zandis; and (ii) the referred friend generates at least 800 ILS in Property Management Fees during the Real Estate Property Management Contract of the referred friend.
3.2. The referring Member will be paid with the Referral Fee(s) specified for each referral after the completion of the referred friend’s Qualifying Contract.
3.3. A referring Member can earn a Referral Fee for each Qualifying Contract that the friend will sign.
3.4. There is no maximum Referral Fee amount that can be earned per Member in respect of made by referred friends, unless indicated otherwise in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials.
4.1. A Qualifying Contract must have the minimum total Property Management Fees (excluding guest fees or taxes) of 2000 ILS in Property Management Fees during the Real Estate Property Management Contract.
4.2. If the referred friend becomes a Client of The Zandis, but the contract is not “Qualifying” as described in 4.1, then no Referral Fee is earned or paid out to the Memeber who referred the Client.
5.1. The Referral Fee may not be transferred to other individuals.
5.2. If for any reason you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Referral Fee, please contact us. AiThe Zandis may require you to submit additional information in order to make a determination regarding your balance. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at The Zandis’s sole discretion.
5.3. You are responsible for any Tax consequences, if any, that may result from your redemption or use of Referral Fee. Where applicable, The Zandis may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the Referral Fees are redeemed.
6.1. Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
6.2. Members are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass emailing, texting or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral invitation.
6.3. Members are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral invitation.
7.1. If The Zandis receives a referred friend from multiple individuals, only the Member associated with the first referral is considered valid.
7.2. If the first referring friend it is concluded that has done any of the activities prohibited under points 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, then the next referring friend will be taken as the valid referral.
8.2. If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
9.1. The Zandis may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
9.2. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
10.1. We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
